Lately, I’ve been focusing on my own pleasure. I recently found out I had breast cancer and had a lumpectomy. (I’ll be okay, it was stage 1 and I will have radiation and hormone therapy.) A neighbor, who is also a breast cancer survivor, told me I need to realign my heart chakra by turning inward and focusing all of my loving energy on myself. I need to spend less energy on serving others and start spoiling myself in all the most intimate and sensual ways.
