Shoulders and back are starting to come in. Bulk ends January 1. My old trainer had me bulk for 6 months and I felt disgusting but that's also because I dirty bulked. Anyway, it also gets very expensive to keep eating like that lol. TL;DR~ I'm proud of my progress.

What a long day the 2 days have been. Lol On Sunday, I went to Billings to help my friends move their furniture. And I didn't get home until 6pm. Probably slept for like 2-3 hrs total that night before going to work, the worst part was, my legs from my workout [Saturday] had finally caught up to me in the middle of work. Lmaoo. My legs felt like jello the whole time. I wasn't even exhausted from the lack of sleep. Anyways come home and I couldn't fall asleep. I did eventually and now I'm up. I was doing the dog or cat or whatever yoga pose in bed and I wanted to see how my back looked as far progression in the muscles goes and well I think I'll let you guys decide. Lol if you read this far: Mornin' :)
