Breakfast at home for me is always so clean and high in protein. As someone that’s always on the go as much as I am it’s extremely important that I have protein filled meals. I spend a lot of time running around and not able to grab anything but fast food. Went to Sugar factory and it was absolutely amazing. The drinks were strong as hell and definitely had my whole group on our asses. The food was good and themed as well with bright candy colors which was interesting but all in all I was a fan. Definitely a place I would come back to for celebrations or with large groups 😊

I personally love Vinyasa for flowing, opening up your lymphatic drainage system, loosening up your muscles and lubricating those joints. Ugh thank god I’m home! I love these moments of calm when I get to regroup, center myself and plan my next adventure! Goodbye SLS Lux! I have Suite Life of Zack and Cody style lived in you for long enough. But on a real note this hotel is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the Amenities are definitely worth it. A lot of places have adopted to the COVID times and have created residency accommodations to their options for long term stays so they are definitely more interested in creating a home style feel. As someone commonly on the road the little things make a difference in making me feel at home in such a transient location. I would still rather stay in an Airbnb ☺️

I went to the Enchanted Forest, also known as Elaine Gordon Park in North Miami. It’s a 22-acre oasis of subtropical plants, trees and animals which borders Arch Creek. We brought lunch (World Famous House of Mac and cheese) here and instead of eating it at a picnic area we ate it in the car and smoked a blunt after. There is a private pony ride and what looked like a petting zoo. However the day we went it was closed but I still got to feed the pony.

I swear to god East Coast Bagels can’t be rivaled. This beauty is from Toasted in Miami.
