Day 1. A song with a colour in the name. As soon as I saw that prompt I knew what to do. Orange by Clay. A song about losing your favourite colour and being consumed by grey.
The weather was perfect for this as well. It’s been cold and grey, the sky was heavy and waiting to burst open. I hope you can hear me over the rain.

A while ago two of my favourite content creators were doing this challenge on Instagram. (Mankoprincess and darlingboo if anyone’s curious). They were linking their favourite songs and their love for music inspired me…
What if I did this 30 day challenge but really challenged myself? What if I tried to learn 30 songs, lyrics and music and covered them for you? So that’s what I’ve been doing. In-between making new and different content I’ve also been trying to learn songs and perfecting covers. It’s been a lot of work and will be a lot more work. But I wanted to share this idea with you.
I want to start soon… I may not do all 30 days. But I want to know… would you follow along this journey with me? Watch as I refine music skills and share something wholesomely intimate about myself? Would you be interested in that?
