Hello guys! I just wanted to put everyone in the know about what’s been going on as of late, and why I kinda disappeared off the face of media for a while. So first off My Health… It’s shit! My health decided to take a turn for the worse early this year.
So around some time last year, I started to take notice of times when I would blank out and when I would come back I would sometimes forget where I was, what I was doing, etc. Now I do have a mental disability and that does happen from time to time so I thought nothing of it, and throughout my life, I would have these moments where I would smell things that aren’t there. And these phantom smells range from sweet smells like jolly ranchers, and apples, to smells like vinegar, and popcorn, and even smells like rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, and metal.
So around early to mid this year I moved in with my boyfriend, and he saw these episodes and saw my mental disability episodes and he told me “their not the same, these look like seizures!” Now I do have Tourette's syndrome which can (If I’m correct, don’t quote me on this) increase your chances of having seizures, so naturally, this kinda scared me. But me being a hard head and my biggest quote being “oh I’m fine” I was stupid and didn’t listen to when he and others would tell me to go to the doctor and get checked out. So around the last few days of May to early June, these symptoms started to get worse, I was pushing myself a little too hard when I would go to work and on my days off I would spend most of my time in bed. I was hardly getting any sleep and even when I did I would still feel drained, I had a constant bad headache on the left side of my head, and this headache made it hard to do almost anything. Lights were too bright, the world was louder than it was before, I had no energy to do anything even getting out of bed, I was clumsy and would fall a lot, and I was sick to my stomach all the time. Now the thing is this headache would not go away after I took medication, I tried Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and even Aleve and none of them helped. I even tried other things like eating something to see if I was hungry, a hot bath or shower, and a heating pad, I even tested my sugar to see if it was high (cause I get headaches if my sugar is high) and nothing worked. I still went to work when all of this was happening and I would almost fall, I was getting sick at work as well having these blanking-out episodes. And then when I was at work on the 19th of June I wasn’t feeling good at all, I almost got sick, and I almost fell a few times, I did tell my managers about it and I’m not going to go into that too much because of everything that happened, but after my lunch break, I came back in and told my manager I was going home for the day cause of how I was feeling and just before I could get to the door I blanked out, fell and hit my head on the floor, I was barely able to come to, I didn’t know where I was or why I was on the floor, and I don’t remember much about what happened next while I was at work. My boyfriend (who would come and eat lunch with me) drove me home and we left my car there for what ended up being a few days, and we went home, he’s mom told me I needed to go to the ER cause of me hitting my head very hard on the floor, so I did. I got diagnosed with generalized seizures. And ever since then they have only gotten worse. So now I’m out of a job, I can’t drive, I had to get rid of my car, I have no way of getting these tests that I need to get done and for them to be covered, and I’m stressed out.
So in order for me to be able to pay for the stuff I need I am going to have to start charging for subscriptions.
