2019-10-12 05:30:38 +0000 UTC View PostHereās some photos of how the green agar jar has developed. Started as a blue agar tray made with a spore syringe then transfer to the green agar.

2019-10-12 05:13:53 +0000 UTC View PostMy very first monotub of Blue Meanies. Here you can clearly see contamination of cobweb mold. Another example of what a bad tote looks like.
2019-10-12 05:02:16 +0000 UTC View PostAnother short clip from my very first grow. Just a example of contamination. If your grains look like this chances are itās badš
2019-10-12 04:56:57 +0000 UTC View PostThis is a short video clip of my very first grain bag. Inculcated with spore syringe and already contaminationš Since it was my first grow I wasnāt sure at the time but looking again you can clearly see the thin see through cobweb mold strands clinging to the mycelia that is present.
2019-10-12 04:49:53 +0000 UTC View PostMy first monotub from wayyy back in June. It was blue Meanies and done poorlyš¤·š»āāļøš Thereās so much contaminants and improper tek, but it was fun learning process.

2019-10-08 01:17:53 +0000 UTC View PostMonotub#1 updated photo for today. Iāve moved the tote into my bedroom and had to switch lighting cycles from constant to off at night so I can sleepš once I get a smaller shelf Iāll be able to move the tote into the closet with the others and go back to constant lighting cycles.
2019-10-07 04:57:36 +0000 UTC View PostMonotub#3 after harvesting/hydration. So far Iāve only seen a few tiny pins pop up. I think this tote is near itās deathš
2019-10-07 04:51:41 +0000 UTC View PostMonotub#2 fruiting again for a (4th flush!) right before pins started to appear I poured about 2cups of distilled room temp water on my substrate to help hydrate after so many flushes. How I check if the substrate needs more water is if the surface looks dry and when I poke with a finger itās very dry and fluffy feeling. Most people just fill there totes with water from the bathtub and then go threw the hassle of tilting the tote pouring out excess water. I find this unnecessary.
2019-10-07 04:37:18 +0000 UTC View PostMEA agar plate transfer (2) started as a blue dish. Everything in the green circles was the best parts for transfer.
2019-10-07 04:29:25 +0000 UTC View PostBack row of mason jars is honey water liquid culture. The rest is MEA agar plates/jars devolving for grains/plate transfers.
