i’ve been getting a lot of messages about how lean i am and i don’t think a lot of people understand how this sport works lol
im a competitive bodybuilder, which means i spend months out of the year slowly getting leaner leading up to show day where i get on stage and present my physique. i dont look like this year round! this is all for a purpose, and it only lasts for a couple days until we reverse back to a normal diet and i look softer and not so shredded. that’s the fun part about following me… i’m
constantly changing the way i look, so you’ll always be surprised and never get bored 😉

3 weeks left to push 🏃♀️ at this point in prep, it’s just about turning off my brain and doing what i know i need to do without thought. do the cardio, eat the meals, ignore how hungry you are and how hard it seems to just move your legs to walk. it’ll be worth it in a few weeks
