First off thank you to everyone who has stuck by my side and supported me over the past year, even if you’ve left and came back or new today, you don’t know how I much I value your support! I’ve always hated my body and the way I look and you guys make me feel so beautiful and worshipped. Now that I’m finally losing weight I’m learning to love myself again 🥰 Second thing is I’m not sure if many of you know but I struggle with mental health problems severely. I just started new meds a couple months ago, hence the 40lbs weight loss which is SWEET, but I don’t eat as much anymore which is a side affect from it. So eating is hard for me right now, and eating = farts and my gas power hasn’t been as high as before when I was a eating machine so I get flustered when I can’t produce the content. It’s not an excuse and I’m not using my illness to avoid the things I have to do but for example, this week I wasn’t very active and failed to post which I apologize for, my depression takes over and I shut out responsibilities which I’m working on getting better at! I work a full time job as well as make content so I easily become overwhelmed trying to balance my relationship, friends, money, work, my fur babies, etc. AND keeping up with messages and content. I’m trying to establish appropriate coping mechanisms! I get hundreds of messages a week so if I see I have a millions messages my anxiety makes me panic and ignore them, so I apologize if you’ve had a delayed response (or I’m just exhausted from work so I forget to check). I’m not ignoring you, I want to please you and answer questions but my brain doesn’t want to work with me so I apologize again! Shout out to you if you actually read this whole thing, I truly love you guys and want my page to be your happy place where you can come relax and enjoy yourself. ❤️
