We updated as many of the thumbnails as we could, but some of them just won't change. We contacted support and apparently it's a problem w/ longer videos that their team is working on. Just wanted to let you know we're doing what we can to make browsing as convenient as possible, especially because we're likely to have 150+ videos posted by the end of the year. -MFB
