El primer chakra es el más primitivo o primigenio y el que nos conecta con la parte más básica del ser. Asociado con el color rojo y con el elemento tierra, el primero de los centros energéticos que identifica la anatomía del yoga se relaciona con nuestra seguridad y supervivencia. Está ubicado en la base de la columna vertebral y se puede decir que es nuestra raíz, aquello que nos da arraigo física y emocionalmente. Es la energía que nos da la capacidad de satisfacer nuestras básicas, nos provee de una estabilidad en la vida, además de una seguridad emocional primordiales. La estabilidad material y mental nos da fuerza y sosiego. Es el chakra que se relaciona con la salud en general, el intestino, las piernas, los pies y la base de la columna. El primer chakra nos conecta con nuestro cuerpo físico y con todas las formas materiales de la existencia. ๑━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━๑ FIRST CHAKRA: MULADHARA. Color: Red. The first chakra is the most primitive or primal and the one that connects us with the most basic part of being. Associated with the color red and with the earth element, the first of the energy centers that the anatomy of yoga identifies is related to our security and survival. It is located at the base of the spine and it can be said that it is our root, that which gives us physical and emotional roots. It is the energy that gives us the ability to satisfy our basic needs, it provides us with stability in life, as well as an essential emotional security. Material and mental stability gives us strength and calm. It is the chakra that is related to general health, the intestine, legs, feet and the base of the spine. The first chakra connects us with our physical body and with all material forms of existence.
