Photoshoot day with @leeholtphoto went really well! I did not shoot a lot of personal behind the scenes content because I was trying to work on concentrating on the shoot this time 😅 But! it was worth the sacrifice because the photos came out so good right off the camera 📸 Don’t worry 😉 we still got some great 4K BTS Videos on the fancy camera 👌🏻 I can’t wait to share them with you once they are processed and returned to me😏

Did you get a good stretch in today? Or better yet 🤓 did you get a good stretch in at all this week? What are you doing for your body to help you feel better or possibly extend the ability to really live your life? Stretching has become a small obsession of mine since I found out about my joints and I’m glad that it adds a facet of entertainment for you to enjoy 😉
