Oh hi 😊 I made it back into the gym today🙌🏻 despite my upcoming surgery and the pain in my arm.. I want the rest of my body to feel good 💪🏻 It’s hard to keep motivation knowing it’s all going to melt away 🙃 but I will have a faster recovery and be more flexible during my healing time ☺️ I hope you are remembering to take care of you 😌

life has been imploding on itself in my personal life lately so I was very happy that I finally received some interesting news from the doctor yesterday 🤓 if you are interested 👨⚕️ Turns out there is an actual reason for my arm and shoulder pain 😅 sadly though… the best treatment is surgery 🙃 at some point over the past 2 years I tore my “Labrum” in my right shoulder and have been just dealing with it.. 😅 I will be seeing a specialist in a few weeks to talk about surgery dates and all that jazz 🙌🏻 I’m very happy to have a diagnosis, treatment plan and an idea of how long healing will take (2-4 months) hopefully this reminds you not to ignore those aches and pains you are feeling daily 👌🏻 a lot of them have treatments and we pay way too much for medical insurance to not use it 😂😂 I still have a few cosplays in the works and a photoshoot booked before my surgery so that I will have lots of fun stuff to keep you entertained 👌🏻 thanks for hanging out with me while I deal with life and it’s challenges 😅 😊

I finally made it back to the gym after too many months. Physical therapy, being a new puppy mom, and just life in general has gotten in the way of my gym time. But my doctor says that it’s important for me to get back to working out regularly 🙌🏻 So here I am 😅 pushing through and figuring it out as I go 😌 I hope you are working on you when you can because no one else is going to know your body better that you 😏 I hope you have done something positive for yourself this week and if you have I would love to hear about it in the comments!
