We've had a bit of a family emergency that took a couple of days to stabilize. Still chaotic, but I'm hopeful things are moving in the right direction so I will a moment to relax on our back porch on this warm and sunny day.

When I'm writing, I'm usually too focused on the text to really get into a scene that much and it's only when I'm reading it later that I get turned on by it. Good morning, world. Sorry I've been absent. All is good here, they've just been working me a little extra hard and so I'm a little extra stressed and fatigued. It's almost like they know this is my last week or something. I do have tomorrow off, so I'm looking forward to getting another reading in them. Until then.... Coffee. These are yesterday. I open this morning and we had a storm last night so fluffy dug kept us up most of the night having a panic attack. So no time to stop my coffee in a satin robe today.
