I hope everyone had a great week :3 it’s beautiful outside in Ontario today I wanna try to start making videos every Sunday about how my weeks been and what I’m working on :) I’ll be replying to messages tonight once the sun isn’t turning my little apartment into an oven 😅 Also before anyone asks or offers, I bought a 500$ portable ac from Costco two summers ago, it worked for one summer and then last summer the entire thing rusted from the inside out and it was blowing water out the sides of it near the electric plug lol So it’s a little broken and I’m gunna see if I can save some money this year and go without one, plus I can take the bus to the lake to cool off if I need :)

Something I do is hold my breath when I’m stressed which is really bad for your breathing muscles, so mine got really tight and sore over the years, but I’ve been working with my chiropractor and doing homework and I’m so happy with how they’re looking :3 I just feel really good right now and I wanna say thank you to everyone who’s helped, and really proud of myself for creating the motivation to take care of myself ❤️

Every time I feel alone I let myself get to the point where I become so unhappy and anxious, that i force myself to hang out with anyone who will say yes. But I’m trying to kick that bad habit in the bucket. I should be at my best if I wanna meet people and spend time with people, it’s no one’s job but mine to make me happy so that’s what I’ve been doing :) Also for some reason talking about why I’m alone with other people or hearing that they also feel alone doesn’t help me feel better. But playing games, smoking and cleaning helps a lot, I really want to go outside and film today but I also wanna be able to all next week and I know putting to much pressure on myself = deep depressions that cause me to do nothing So instead I’m getting breakfast, playing raft and doing breathing exercises all morning I hope you have a lovely day <3
