I go through little periods where it gets worse and this recent one with all the other stress and burnout hit me a bit hard. Plus I'm learning how to deal with my ADHD - that one is a pain in my ass lol. I deal with all of this shit untreated, which is probably a bit silly. I'd like to figure out how to feel better all the time! I'll get there! I'm doing much better now. But anyways, I'd like to apologize for leaving and letting shit get the best of me. I'm workin on it. I've been getting outside more, having fun, being around people, taking care of myself more and learning new things and it's been helping. The support from you guys (in any way) is appreciated more than you know! kiss kiss. Thank you for being here. And if you struggle with shit too I hope you're doing ok <3 life can be rough.
