went to a restaurant called “byblos” for my friends birthday the other night. entire dinner totalled $160 per person, which is wild, but god it was worth it 🤤 can’t put a price on good mediterranean cuisine. i’ve been meaning to check out that spot anyways so it worked out! i painted my nails a bright blue - which i never do - to get out of my comfort zone a little bit. what do you think? it’s reminiscent of tiffany green/blue 🩵

life has been incredibly generous to me over the last week. i have been spending my time with people that cherish me, going to nice restaurants and bars, and enjoying concerts with my closest friends. i definitely needed this reset after the chaos i went through, so thank you for being patient with me and allowing me to experience life again 🤎 went to see the aces which is a super cute queer indie band. “my phone is trying to kill me” has been on repeat since the show, check it out 🫶🏽 https://spotify.link/4sUrW1TDbEb i visited old school and the rooftop bar at the broadview hotel! those locations never disappoint – the cocktails and food are so good, and not ridiculously overpriced either. it’s always a great experience. however, i went to cafe panemar for the first time and holy shit there was a tree in their back patio! it rained earlier that day, so i kept getting little droplets on my head 😂 bonked my forehead trying to get out too. it was half cafe half bar, which is absolutely up my alley. the service wasn’t that good but damn were the cocktails amazing. would definitely go back here for a quick drink! pocha 1989 was another one we visited, and it was very cute inside! definitely overpriced ($27 for a bottle of soju…) but the food was delicious. probably wouldn’t return unless i was really craving karaage again hahaha do i even need to discuss the pitbull concert? enrique iglesias was awful, but ricky martin and pitbull transcended. i’ve been on a high since the show. i wanted to hear ricky sing “maría” so badly and thankfully it was the second song he opened with. SLAAAAY
