the ✨ bush ✨ good morning!!!! so this year has been transformational for me so far. lots of changes happening not only in my surroundings w/ moving but also inside of myself. this is amazing. I love it. its uncomfortable at times but I understand by now thats part of the process of growth. something I dont understand is plateau periods or (oh no) decline in progress. taking steps back. I think I am in a plateau period in life. I always want to go, go, go and I think part of that comes with enjoying the distraction. sitting still, listening and accepting is still hard for me. I am going to try leaning into myself and listen. felt like sharing a bit today on how I have been feeling. been a bit hard on myself lately. the joys of being human.
