I haven't been dancing or sports for a week. It's terrible!! I really feel sluggish and constrained. I don't have enough energy. I understand that if you play sports every day for two years and abruptly stop doing it for a whole week... it's difficult, to put it mildly. But I didn't think I would feel so bad physically 😭 I plan to go dancing from next week. My leg won't heal until the end until Monday. But I just can't stand it anymore!!! I want to dance!!!
