Little update: After 2 weeks of gaining and my belly carrying the most weight ever, I'm still getting used to waddling.. I mean walking around and keeping track of my belly hang not getting exposed underneath my tops. Also my love handles and back fat seem to be getting in the way when I'm sitting down in my XL chair! Well put that all together and now my lower back keeps aching and needs to get adjusted to all the changes. So that means it's time to have a routine check with the doctor and see how gaining has affected me 🧑🏻⚕️
