Added 2025-05-15 09:55:28 +0000 UTCHopped out of the shower and pulled this loaf from the oven. This is the second of the two “croissant” sourdough loaves with grated butter folded in. I’m mixed on the results. Not really an improvement on the original but it’s fun to try new things out.
