I want to share with you how I learned to combine the gym and work - and what came out of it🤭
To be honest, when I first tried going to the gym after work - it was a no-brainer! I felt like you had to actually live there to be in shape. At first I was motivated - I wanted to be like everyone else, to have perfect abs and pump muscles at the level of professionals.💪 But then I realized that the gym and I are like a relationship that needs to be built slowly.
At first I went in, touched the machines, thought I was going to pump my legs - and got on the bike. But after 10 minutes, I realized you can't even pump one thigh with that. 😅
Then all sorts of funny things started happening: when the trainer says “10 more approaches” and I've already lost count and am just trying not to fall down.🤣 Yes, I can't say that every session was a high, but every time something worked out, and the main thing is that I started to feel that I had strength. And trust me, even the hardest workout goes easier if you know you can stop by for a meal afterward. 🍣
What helps you keep your workouts on track? Share, it would be interesting to hear your experiences! 💪💕
