So, I used to think the gym was just a place for pain and sweat. But then I actually went, and guess what? It’s not that bad! Sure, the first few days were a struggle—lifting weights felt like they were winning. But over time, I started to see progress. 🏋️♀️
The best part? Realizing that every session makes me a bit stronger. It's not about the perfect body, it's about feeling better, doing it for me.
