

Today I was at a training session, and it's so cool to feel strong - not only on the outside, but also on the inside 💪
Sometimes I'm lazy, sometimes I have no motivation, but it's after sports that I catch that very emotion: "I did it."
And even if my muscles ache - at least I'm in a good mood 🔥
