For the past couple of weeks I have been loading up more weights in the strength-based training and scaling up conditioning options (harder machines / more cals / longer distance), which led to fewer / incomplete rounds. And that is fine β I know eventually Iβll be able to keep the same level of intensity and complete them! Itβs better to challenge myself than to stay in the comfort zone (as long as I donβt injure myself).
