

Woke up feeling sore between my shoulder blades and my glutes (from yesterday’s shoulder mobility session) and thought about skipping today’s WOD – but decided to go anyway as they became less sore throughout the day! 💪🏻
Today’s Partner WOD: shared work 30 secs each, 5 mins of work (1 min * 5) + 1 min rest, for 5 rounds. I was pretty much dying slowly each round and dropped in reps each round, while my partner held the fort (especially the row cals 😂).
