





Oh wow, haven’t been on for a bit and just noticed we’re now at >200 followers! You guys flatter me. Seriously, thank you. 💕 I’ll try to be as active as I can on here. 😉
In the past few weeks, I’ve continued with my CrossFit and weightlifting routine, hitting and increasing some PBs consistently. I really look forward to hitting even bigger numbers in the coming weeks.
Some current numbers:
Sumo deadlift 115kg
Deadlift 99kg
Back squat 90kg
Bench press 62kg
Clean & jerk 47kg
Snatch 32kg
