I (Brook) just need to speak from the heart for a moment. I woke up feeling really emotional today — not because of anything bad, but because of the love we’ve felt lately. It’s been overwhelming in the best way.
The past two months of stepping back into collabs… I was honestly terrified. We’d said before we wouldn’t do it again, and I thought people would judge us or think less of us. But instead, the support, the messages, the way so many of you have stuck with us — it’s meant more than I can ever put into words.
What those collabs have given us is something far deeper than just content. They’ve given us freedom. They’ve given us the chance to start something we’ve always dreamed of: a family. We’ve found our egg donor. In June, we’re going for our first sperm analysis. It’s early days, and we know it’ll be a long journey — we’re not planning to have children until Mason finishes studying in 2030 — but just being able to take those first steps… it’s everything.
There was a time I would search for hate, like I somehow deserved it. But now? Now I focus on the love — because that’s what carries us through.
I’m actually crying writing this.
