

For the last three years my life has been turned upside down many times.
The war started, and with it my inner struggle. I went through a deep depression, which was part of the journey to realizing who I really am.
Stress and depression can seem insurmountable, but I want to share what helped me cope with it.
❤️It is important not to be alone with my worries - communication with loved ones and their support was a great support for me. Regular yoga helped me to relax and restore my inner balance, and positive thinking gradually brought back my confidence in the future.
