I have ADHD, and growing up, my mama (who's got it too) surrounded us with all kinds of knick-knacks and what-nots. It had me feeling all jittery without really knowing why. Then, one day, I had to clear out my room for a reno, leaving nothing but bare walls. That's when the tranquility hit me like a ton of bricks. 🧘♀️ Now, I ain't saying I'll stick to those stark walls 24/7, but that sense of emptiness is where I find my zen. Don't get me wrong, if having lots of stuff floats your boat, that's cool by me! But as for yours truly? I'm all about that less-is-more vibe (。♥‿♥。)
