Powerful quote and it’s very real for everyone. No one person doesn’t experience forms of mental health issues in their life. I hope everyone is doing alright if not reach out; I enjoy sharing resources and just listen if you need. I know life throws us unexpected blows and we all need to come together and build eachother up!
