Studying, work, commitments - all these things can take a lot of energy and effort. So when a day like this falls, I try to make the most of it to recover.
So what do I plan to do today? First, of course, is a cozy breakfast with aromatic coffee and fresh pastries. 🥐 Nothing makes me happier than being able to take my time to savor the morning moments!
Second, I've decided to give myself a spa day. It will be the perfect time for self-care: face masks, a relaxing bath, and maybe reading a favorite book. 📖 I love to immerse myself in the world of literature and allow myself a little distraction from reality.
And of course, I don't forget about my creative hobbies! Perhaps I'll do some research on new articles about Vikings or write a couple lines in my journal to capture my thoughts and feelings. 🎨✍️
