I start by prancing around in the parking lot doing some cart wheels, but then I ditched the clothes and did **NAKED cartwheels** which are obviously a lot more fun !!🤣 And even some squats! If you don’t know, I LOVE being naked outdoors. It genuinely makes me feel so free and natural. ‘Natural in nature’ I always say!!
