I bought a manual breast pump (as well as the fenugreek and goats rue that so many of you recommended) and along with hoping that those things make me grow bigger I’m hoping I can produce 🥛 . Does anyone have any advice for this? I’m not sure if the manual pumps are good enough or if there’s a different one I should try? ❤️ Or would y’all wanna see a video of me trying that one out first? I wanna keep you guys included on this journey if that’s something you’re still interested in!
