today I had a delicious drink, hojicha latte. hojicha is a japanese green tea roasted at high temperatures, and here it’s mixed with milk. the flavor is unique, a mix of smoky, nutty, milky, tea, and chocolatey notes. it’s hard to describe but absolutely amazing.
