yesterday was such an emotionally intense day for me, full of ups and downs. the day started great — I walked a lot (24k steps!!) and had delicious food at a street market. but later in the evening, a few serious and complicated situations came up. I felt so lost and scared, not knowing how to react or what to do in the moment. just like Alice falling down the rabbit hole, unsure of where she'll end up or when it will finally stop… that’s how I felt when I finally fell asleep. this morning, I woke up still feeling weak and overwhelmed, and despite that, I had to handle a lot of important tasks related to what happened yesterday. in the end... I think everything will turn out okay. now it’s just about resting, recovering, and waiting.
