

You know those weekends when you’ve got zero plans, and your bed is basically calling your name non-stop? You’ve scrolled through Instagram, Netflix has nothing new, and you’re just stuck in this “I don't feel like doing anything” mode.
Here’s my go-to: I try to switch things up. Even if it’s something simple, like grabbing food from a new place, or taking 30 minutes to do something you’ve been avoiding. It doesn’t have to be epic, but it gets you moving.
And if I’m really stuck, I’ll head to the gym. Doesn’t matter what, just something to get the energy flowing. 😎
