Thanks to them, I got an official press pass! This granted me plenty of access for shooting and backstage greets. Though I prefer studio shooting rather than location, this experience and exposure was a lot of fun!
While there, I had a swanky room for the night. When I wasn’t out and about, I was perched at this window working on assignments. As I edited away, I was stricken with the idea to photograph myself. I was hesitant to bring as much lighting as I did but I’m happy that I lugged the extra weight. The trip, festival, and photos turned out great!
