i think my flow has drastically improved in these past few months. i have to remind myself that im progressing and learning so much and the payoff for the work im doing is so worth it. i have a tendency to be so hard on myself, especially with all the moves that i haven’t yet perfected but i want to. dancing has brought my perfectionism and negative self talk to my attention for sure 😂 and im so happy and grateful to be on this journey 🥰 thank you for being here with me
