La Petite Mort - step by step - 1

I've been working for over a year on a new short film... And that one requires a lot more preparation and planning than usual. So, I decided I should take you on a step-by-step process !

(yeah I drafted this post a year ago... and didn't post the step by step) 😓

That one is tricky because of the theme involving 🩸 , which is formally for bidden in p*rn, by all payment processors. It means that I won't be able to sell it online anywhere, and probably not even host it, so I'll have to be very sneaky. (but... we always find a way)

So, for a backstory : I had this movie in mind since the beginning of the pandemic. Just before I met a performer with whom I wanted to collaborate on some movies. We talked about maybe doing some costume p*rn and that ignited my imagination.

The film idea had been brewing for the longest time. I was stuck with how to actually make it without being censored, about when it would be safe again to see other people, and then things went sour with said performer, so I put it aside.

Until I had a sudden spur of energy and creativity (and insomnias) (it usually comes in pair) and wrote down the whole thing at once, because I decided I was gonna do the movie I wanted, and do all the stupid for bidden things even if it means it would be completely unsellable anywhere. I think I missed doing things... just for the sake of it... It unlocked something to let go of any other reasons and restraints. Pushed by this unexpected drive, I set everything in motion really fast. @blessed_by_venus volunteered to play my counterpart, my friend agreed to do the camera work, and I started collecting props and scouting locations.

I had most of the clothes I needed (thanks for my love of costumes and thrift shops) and some props, but I still needed to find curtains, carpets, drape sheets, lots of candles, hair extensions, fake teeth, contact lenses, boots, a chair... I'm sure you've already guessed the theme and where this is all going. Haven't you ?
