I've been working for over a year on a new short film... And that one required a lot more preparation and planning than usual. Step-by-step process part 4 ! Filming in Europe !
Believe me trying to pack for 4 weeks of traveling, working, photoshooting + filming isn't fun. I'm glad I actually dress like a vampire in daily life because I haven't had much choices of other clothing. But I knew that filming in Europe, especially in old cities, would make my life a lot easier. Look at these perfect medieval cobble-stones streets.
So with the help a bunch of local friends and @blessed_by_venus , we went to film the introduction, the most difficult part with lots of precise shots and dialogues. Despite our best efforts, sound was awful. There was far too much circulation, crowd's noise from the restaurant nearby, and crickets. We had to dub over in post-production. But we made it ! In less than two hours, because a storm was about to break anytime.
