Added 2023-09-22 02:08:12 +0000 UTCBeets and carrots? I’ve found that if I cut the beets up and dry them with a paper towel then put a little avocado oil and roast them so they’re kinda crunchy (not burnt though) and they are so sweet and yummy!! Pair with carrots is always my go to!
