Monday always starts with one thought: get everything done. 📅 I love my work as a nutritionist—I love helping people change their habits, feel better, become more confident… but sometimes, it feels like there are more tasks than hours in the day.
Endless meal plans, consultations, working with clients… In moments like these, I especially appreciate when someone reminds me: “You’re doing great, you’ve got this.” 😌💛
