


I probably have a new hobby, and it's lifting weights. I've been doing it consistently, on average 5 times a week, for almost a month, and knowing myself, that's a great accomplishment!
Apparently, subjecting myself to voluntary suffering is a great way to chase away the winter blues. I'm also writing it here to hold myself accountable. So, if you want to help me with it, ask me in a month or so if I'm still lifting. If not...well, we'll talk about it then. :D
