I’m getting more comfortable now and losing weight that I was not comfortable with. So please be patient with me as I have struggled to put out new content. I’m also in the process of getting ready to move at the end of this month along with having two kids so things are crazy right now but I appreciate you all sticking by me and being patient. I’m working on myself so I can feel better and do better for myself and my children! I will be back at it very soon as I’m seeing changes already with my body and eating better.
