It was a difficult match to choose who to support, I am technically British but Germany raised me! I’m not at home at the moment, and really miss my family. I was summoned to London to help out with a sick relative, not that I’m much use these days, but one does what one is told! It does mean that I cannot share exercises like I planned yesterday and today so I hope this selfie is sufficient. I am hopefully heading back tomorrow and will get back to sharing exercises more regularly. Well done England, great job!
