As you know I grew up in Germany and they have had some horrendous floods right around the area I lived for 19 years. I am back in the UK now and we are going through a little heatwave which is usually unpleasant as we are right by the sea so it is super humid and sticky and nasty! I know from talking to some of you that parts of the US and much of Canada are experiencing the same thing! So I just wanted to check in! No exercises today, so no exercise videos and I’m not sure any of you want to see my sweaty boobs. Haha I’m going out tomorrow and will be walking, if I can in this heat, so photos or videos tomorrow of that or of me looking hot (temperature) in my wheelchair!
