Added 2021-08-31 20:33:27 +0000 UTCHealth Update I have been short of breath repeatedly, most of the day. My watch says my heart rate is okay, my ECG is normal. My oximeter shows oxygen levels at 98 or 99 most of the time but dipping down to as low as 75 when I’m struggling to breathe, and this is happening every 10 minutes or so. Maybe I should’ve gone to the hospital but I have decided to give it some time and see how I feel tomorrow. It feels like all of my muscles are just so tight, especially between my shoulders, maybe anxiety , stress et cetera. I will update you tomorrow!
