Can you believe it? 👀
After my trip to Japan, I was convinced I’d gained a couple of kilos because I ate SO much heavy, calorie-dense food 🤤

So, the first thing I did when I got back to the gym was weigh myself to get a printout of my stats—body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, the whole deal—to compare them with my previous results.. I told my trainer I didn’t want to see the numbers because I was scared it’d show I gained weight, and I asked her to check for me instead 😬
When she went silent, I thought, That’s it, I’m doomed 😬😬😬 I was ready to spend every last penny in the gym trying to get my old shape back 😭

And then… she told me I’d lost a kilo!! 😱 A whole kilo down—and it was fat and muscle! My overall body quality score (which measures all your metrics combined) even improved from 73 to 75!! 😱😱

So now I weigh 54 kg (119 lbs) For reference, my lowest weight ever was back in 9th grade at 52 kg (114.6 lbs) 😱😱😱

Over the past year, working out twice a week with strength training, plus one session of stretching, yoga, or Pilates (and some treadmill time), I’ve gone from 66 kg (145.5 lbs) to 54 kg (119 lbs) But honestly, the biggest change happened when I stopped eating 4 hours before bed. If I was really hungry, I’d have some protein

I’m still in shock… 😳😳😳 💫
