It took so much just to get out of bed, I’m thinking it’s a combination of being consistently and frustratingly sick and injured leaving me feeling weak and incapable, unable to be active (yoga, adventure, surf) which is one of my biggest joys, not having made many deep connections here so feeling socially unsatisfied and isolated and all around just a bit anxious, scared to drive still, finding putting myself constantly in to uncomfortable situations for the betterment of myself to be exhausting right now whereas I use to love it. The longer I go out of my usual lifestyle the more daunting it seems to start again, almost like I’m starting from scratch, when I built myself up to almost perfect happy state for another thing out of my control to happen and force me back down to square 1. I’m totally being dramatic and venting but today is a hard day. I’ve been here a few times before namely last time I was injured and got through it absolutely fine, just all a bit negative and dramatic.. maybe my period is starting too lol I am gonna film soon and may even stream tomorrow 4-6pm Bali time.. not sure if that’s the exact time or even if I will but I would like to try it again since honestly there isn’t much else to do so. Yeah sorry for being negative 😮💨💖❤️🩹 but I feel better already for sharing 🥺🥺
