Added 2020-09-20 21:06:22 +0000 UTCA little hip work followed with some back release. When putting your legs deep behind your back, the lower back is stretched to the max. Although I don't need much warm up for front bending, I always try to counter stretch afterwards as I also do deep back bending and I like to maintain the balance. Enjoy your Sunday everyone 😘
